Check-in for athletes, non-athletes, officials, volunteers, and VIPs will take place at the Athlete Village Office in the North Lobby of Case Hall. Check-in for media will take place at the Media Center on the 8th floor of the Stadium Tower.
Credentials will be issued at check-in. Credentials must be worn at all times during sports events, riding the shuttle bus, and attending the receptions, banquet, and dance. There is a cost for replacement of lost credentials.
Reminders for Athletes:
- At check-in everyone registered for the games will be expected to sign a Liability Waiver (example at Liability Waiver) and the IDAF Code of Conduct (see IDAF Code of Conduct). Note that the IDAF Code of Conduct applies to athletes and any other person who applies for and receives a games credential.
- Anyone registered for the Games who is under age 18 as of August 2, 2013, will also need to bring a Guardianship Form (example at Guardianship Form) that has been signed by the child's parents with some legal proof (e.g., notary stamp) that the parent signature is authentic.
- Persons who register for the games will receive an email reminder about these required forms a few weeks prior to the games.
